Condo buyers need to assess the entire corporation—not simply the finishes inside the unit—including reserve funds, rules, parking, lockers and planned work.

Yards tend to be smaller, street parking can be competitive and traffic or nightlife noise matters on certain blocks. Some older homes have been altered many times, so a careful inspection and good document review are important. If you want a large suburban lot and quiet streets everywhere, Centretown probably is not the answer.
